Company History:
Established in 1995,  as a Family Owned Business,which started out of Chicago, IL in a 1,200 sq. ft. building. Our products became very popular within local customers. Starting in 2000 we decided to make it more convenient by providing local Mediterranean markets with our products. To do so, we had to convert the business while following the Federal USDA regulations. At that time we were the only USDA kibbie in USA. In 2014, we made another upgrade which moved the business from Chicago, IL to Troy, MI
